Our Past
Just Like New began with one man and his humble pressure washer. Our CEO, Phillip Schwartz, owned a small detailing shop in 1998, where he stored his own personal power washer in open sight.
Some customers came to notice the sleek piece of equipment, and requested assistance, “Hey Phil, would you wash my driveway?” or “How about my pool deck?”
Before he knew it, Phil had “customers” coming out of the woodwork— seeking his professional services by referral.
The demand grew so high that in 2006, Phil took a leap of faith. He purchased a flatbed truck, loaded up a tank and two machines, and established Just Like New Power Washing.
Our Present
Over a decade later, Just Like New has grown in size and capability, serving homeowners and businesses all across Lee and Collier County, to Port Charlotte and Naples.
Despite our growth, we’re still that same family-owned and operated business— with Phillip sealing freshly-washed concrete and transforming properties using the same attention-to-detail and care that earned him his initial recognition.
We pride ourselves on never outsourcing, on our dedication to delivering quality the first time and how we treat every project like we would our own home.
In addition, all our staff is licensed and insured, as well as covered by full workmen’s comp, guaranteeing excellence every time.
