When we found out we needed to have our roof cleaned – we asked for recommendations, and Phillip Schwartz’s name came up.  The whole experience was exceptional, with none of the things that we were concerned about:  Phillip kept in touch and let us know the schedule; he was careful to protect our landscaping; he glued the roof tiles that needed it;  he cleaned up any mess; and most impressive – he returned several days later to check on things, look at
the plants, etc.

He was very professional and a pleasure to deal with!  We would recommend him highly to anyone needing roof cleaning, and will call him again for future pressure washing!
